Friends of the Library
THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY is a volunteer support group that is trying to improve the condition of the five Rosarito libraries.
We host an English language movie on the third Wednesday of the month at 3:00 p.m. at CEMAC.
We have as "Buy a Book Project where you can buy a Spanish language book at a greatly reduced price and donate it to one of the libraries.
