Celebrate the Holiday While Helping Those Less Fortunate

Yuletide Season: Giving To Those Less Fortunate

 

ROSARITO BEACH, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO--- Two wonderful charity events are coming up for residents and visitors to make donations to several very worthwhile causes and have a great dinner experience in the process.

The first event is on Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. sponsored by Re/Max and held at the Rosarito Beach Hotel’s Salon Mexicano.

It will include delicious food, music, raffles and performances. The proceeds will benefit three exceptional organizations in the Rosarito area: Casa Gracia, Casa Estrella and the Rosarito Red Cross.

General Admission will be $45 or $25 for those over 50 and $12.50 for children 4-12. In addition, three sponsorship levels are available: Platinum: Table of 10 persons for $1,000. Gold: Table of six persons for $ 500 and Silver: Table of four persons for $300. For more information call: (619) 864-2055 or (619) 482-2252.

The second event is Dec, 14 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Las Rocas Resort & Spa. Rosarito’s Sister Cities 3rd Annual Traditional Mexican Posada organized by the Rosarito Sister Cities Association and sponsored in part by Las Rocas.

All proceeds benefit Nueva Creación Mesericordia School in Primotapia and the Rosarito Fire Department. Admission is only $10 per person.

Along with a traditional Mexican buffet it will include live music and Mexican dancers, raffles, bingo, your picture with Santa, pinatas, a traditional posada, pastorela and much, much more! For more information call: (619) 793-4113.
