News from Diego's Deli and Pie Shop
Our daily special (below) has picked up tremendously since last week so we will keep it on the menu. We appreciate the positive response from everyone.
Daily Special: Pasta (rigatoni or spaghetti) with dinner salad and bread: $5.00
As some of you may know we are conducting Spanish classes on Mondays from 12:00pm - 1:30pm. Due to several people requesting to attend the class we are going to start a second class on Monday from 2:00pm – 3:30pm.
Please let us know if you are interested so we can register you for the class (class size is limited to 12 students).
Both of these classes are for beginners and the cost for a six week session is roughly $24.00 plus $12.00 for the book.
In addition, we are starting a conversational Spanish class (advanced) for people that speak fairly well but want to improve their Spanish. This class will be conducted on Tuesday from 12:00pm – 1:30pm (we have four people signed up and we need a minimum of two more to conduct the class.
We started our Pumpkin pie production early and due to the success last week we have decided to keep it in stock from now through the holidays.
We also have a new pie that was created by one of our customers and it has become a hit:
Chocolate Cream with coconut & Pecans (similar to a German Chocolate) . It is wonderful – you must try it!
Please don’t forget that we are making Pizza (it is great! – better than anything in Rosarito). If anyone would like to do a taste test we are ready! Large party tray (32 pieces) pizza w/pepperoni is only $20.00.
