Hope Chapel Rosarito is One Year Old
It's amazing but TRUE... it's been a YEAR since Hope Chapel Rosarito was born!
In this first incredible year, God has done so many amazing things that we decided to dedicate an entire weekend just to tell a FEW of the stories! But even more, we want to say "thanks..." to you, our Baja friends who've joined us here, and of course to Jesus, without Whom none of this would have made sense, let alone happened.
So... just in case you didn't get the word before: This email is a reminder/invitation to any part of the weekend, or all of it, as we celebrate God's increcible goodness.
We're starting with a "Desechebrada" (pulled pork) feast TOMORROW, Saturday, August 29 from 4-7pm, right here at the church. We'll be presenting our very own soccer team, back-to-back champions, in person, and telling some of the stories that marked HCR's first year. The next morning (Sunday, August 30), we'll hear from Rev. Paul Harmon, beloved pastor of our home church, Hope Chapel Huntington Beach. One thing we promise: you will be blessed.
