Anti-Graffiti Day in Rosarito
Footprinters had a great turnout this past Saturday, August 22nd for Anti Graffiti Day. We had over 40 D.A.R.E. Children and about 30 volounteers show up to erase the graffiti at School Rosarito. We completed erasing the Graffiti in avout 2 and 1/2 hours. We had help also from the Citie's Anti Graffiti group and even our City Councilman (Regador), and I.F.A. Council Member Jose Cipres picked up a roller and did his thing. The Bar-B-Que at the Clubhouse after was enjoyed by all, especially the children. So another job well done by the Footprinters. ps. We should probably ask for a donation from all of the Dentists of Rosarito Beach since we supplied all the children with all the cookies, cakes and candies that their little hearts desired. Definately future dental care. So thanks to so many of you that donated and worked on this event. |
