Rosarito Spanish Study Group to Form at Diego's Bakery and Deli
The Rosarito Spanish study group will begin weekly sessions on Monday, 12 noon, August 3, 2009, at Diego's Bakery and Delicatessen on Bulevard Benito Juárez (across from "El Nido" restaurant).
The group is comprised of those whose native language is other than Spanish, and will emphasize vocabulary building and usage of Spanish as used in Mexico both formally and colloquially, verb conjugations, grammar, modismos, syntax, oral and written exercises, group conversational practice and role play, as well as independent project study activity.
The group's "Maestra" is Professora Susana Shinkle, who enjoys a reputation locally, as well as in the United States, as an accomplished language teacher. She is presently establishing a set of curriculum goals for a series of progressive six-week learning modules. Her stated objective is to allow flexibility within the study group and to enable the group to engage at beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Diego's will provide a luncheon special for the study group. Every six weeks consideration will be accepted for class materials and an instruction fee.
