Press Conference on Southbound Vehicle ID at Border 4/29/2009
The Consulate General of Mexico, the Mexican Tributary Administration Service (Servicio de Administracion Tributaria) and the Mexican Customs office in Tijuana cordially invite you to a press conference to learn about the SIAVE Program which will require southbound passenger vehicles at the US-MX Border to go through an automated vehicle identification process.
