From “Perrones” where the meat is cooked over a mesquite wood fire, to the “Mulitas” which are filled with a mouth watering cheese, to the fish tacos where the fresh fish is caught locally each day . . . you won’t run out of options to try. This event will showcase the diversity of flavors that exist in the world famous “Tacos of Baja California ”.
