SENTRI Update Deadline Extended
  • I have been informed by SENTRI office that the deadline to update your information has been extended to January 31, 2008. 
  • EVERYONE must update their SENTRI info.
  • Your U.S. residential address cannot be a postal annex address.  P.O. box addresses may be used for mailing only. 
  • The website is http://www.cbp.gov/. Click on “apply on line or check and update SENTRI…” and enroll in GOES, if you have not already done so.  
  • If you have any problems go to the OTAY office in person or call them at (619) 690-7601.

    Hi Ruben,

    I had difficulty getting the site to work as well, and according to the CBP, it's because of the massive amount of traffic.  You may have more success by visiting the site during "off-peak" hours, i.e., late night or early morning.
