Where to start with this house? Every detail is to be appreciated, and is impeccable. And give you access to a large terrace which spans the entire length of the house. The kitchen is of good size with many extras like a double oven and a stove top both of high end quality and style. The granite is an excellent choice and not your standard low end quality and color. As are the kitchen cabinets! There is a very nice custom fireplace in the living room with built ins. The ceiling is wood beam and beautiful. The lighting is all top end as well, again no details left undone.


Next to the kitchen is the extra large pantry, and next to it is where the elevator will go. As you walk down the hall there is a half bath that is beautiful, and you will notice the windows to the main opening to bring in the natural light and air to lower levels. Off to the right is an office which could easily become a 5th bedroom. The laundry room and garage are also on this level, and in the garage is a very nice shower to wash off the sand and dirt before entering into the home when necessary. It is a two stall garage but oversized so plenty of room for the cars without banging doors.

Finally through the first floor!

On the second level you will find the master on suite. It takes up the entire front ocean side of the home with a terrace all across this space. The master has a fireplace, built ins with a TV area. The area is large enough to support a swimming pool as well if it is your thing, the neighbor home has one.
